- Cancellations will be considered only for valid reasons. Requests will not be entertained if the reason provided is deemed invalid upon review.
- No cancellations are entertained for services obtained during special occasions and seasonal offers (e.g., Pongal, Diwali, Summer Season, etc.).
- If you feel the services do not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the services.
- The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our first priority is to assist you by upgrading or converting your package to a service that better fits your needs. We pride ourselves on support that is second to none.
Processing Cash Refunds:
- Cash refunds are processed after a thorough usage audit.
- We calculate the exact consumption/credit count used, add our service processing fees, and then calculate the remaining refund amount.
- Once approved, the refund process will take 21 working days to complete.
