We may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime. Your violation may result in the immediate termination of your account WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
You may not use your server or virtual site to publish material which BRANDBULKSMS.com determines, at its sole discretion, to be unlawful, indecent, or objectionable. This includes narrative descriptions, graphics, illustrations, images, video recordings, and audio recordings.
Prohibited Activities: Illegal use, harm to minors (child pornography is strictly prohibited and reported immediately), copyright infringement, collection of personal data without consent, and fraud.
Anti-Spam Policy:
BRANDBULKSMS.com SMS sending is for genuine users, NOT for SPAMMERS. To activate your account, you must provide any two authorized identity cards issued by the Govt of INDIA or any state govt within INDIA, along with SAMPLE CONTENT of your message. Failure to provide this will result in account non-activation and non-refundable payment.
You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if committed by a friend, family member, guest, or employee. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. Sharing account access with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.
Accounts operate on shared resources. Excessive consumption of resources (CPU, memory, disk space) which negatively impacts other customers is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Non-Refundable Policy:
All payments to BRANDBULKSMS.com are Non-Refundable. SMS are digital products; therefore, money should be 100% advance. 30-day money-back guarantee is applicable ONLY to premium bulk SMS gateways in India for valued reasons at our discretion.
13a. Promotional: Various routes (General, Marketing, etc.) have different delivery systems. No speed guarantee. It depends purely on traffic volume.
13b. Transactional: Delivery depends on traffic volume. No speed guarantee for the standard gateway.
13c. API Delivery: Maximum guarantee, 99% uptime, in-time delivery. API gateway does give speed delivery guarantees.
Important Note on Data: ALL SMS Delivery Reports are kept in the server until SATURDAY. On every Saturday Night (9 PM), we DELETE ALL DELIVERY REPORTS to optimize our server. Please download your reports before this time.
If operators hike prices, we reserve the right to hike our prices or adjust remaining SMS credits as per the new hiked prices. SMS credits are adjustable, but no money is refundable.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of AP, India. BRANDBULKSMS.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
